Martha Kuderer is an associate attorney specializing in insurance defense litigation, professional malpractice defense, and insurance coverage.

She earned her law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law, graduating in the top fifteen percent of her class. During her studies, Martha gained substantial litigation experience as a law clerk at Anderson, Julian & Hull and Erickson Law firm in Minneapolis, MN.

Before law school, Martha graduated from Montana State University, where she excelled as a division-one student-athlete and was a standout player on the Women’s Basketball team. In her senior year, she helped lead her team to a Big Sky Conference Championship.
