Doug Donohue

Doug Donohue retired from his position as a Referee for the Idaho Industrial Commission in early 2026 after 27 years of hearing worker’s compensation cases. He previously served as a deputy attorney general for the State of Idaho in its civil litigation department, has worked as a solo practitioner in Nampa, and also previously worked as an associate attorney for Elam, Burke & Boyd.
